Cancellations

  • All Rescheduled appointments or Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  • If you want to avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or more prior to your scheduled appointment date. By scheduling an appointment you understand that GLO Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to charge your card on file for 50% of the service(s) scheduled if you are either a no show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellation Fees are mandatory and non-refundable.

  • Furthermore, every client is allowed a maximum of two consecutive reschedulings and/or two consecutive cancellations. On the third consecutive instance of cancelling or rescheduling, all future appointments will be cancelled out and GLO Aesthetics can no longer accept you as a client.

Returns/Refunds

  • All sales are final! No returns will be accepted.

  • All orders and products are non-refundable.

  • No exchanges for different products will be accepted.

  • If any adverse reactions occur due to a sensitivity or unknown allergy, please contact GLO Aesthetics immediately.

In-Store/Online Orders

  • All sales are final!

  • If you did not receive your online order, please contact USPS or your local post office using your order information included with your order.

Gift Cards

  • All Gift Card sales are final!

  • Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash or other forms of currency.

  • Gift cards are valid for up to 1 year from purchase date.
